Rated “Walker’s Paradise” by walkscore.com, this pocket of residential land sits in the charming and culturally-rich Mount Pleasant neighbourhood and provides immediate access to the Canada Line SkyTrain Station. With nearby shops and restaurants, direct transit to the downtown core in under 10 minutes, and a short distance to the Vancouver General Hospital, tenants satisfy all their needs within the comforts of a quiet residential neighbourhood. Within 400 meters is the existing Broadway City-Hall SkyTrain Station providing residences with direct route to downtown via the Canada Line. The Broadway Expansion project has proposed an additional station to be built kitty corner to the current station at Cambie and Broadway. This would create immediate access to taking VCC-Clark and the Eastbound lines. In some instances, before a new SkyTrain Station is implemented the city will implement a new Official Community Plan boosting density around the new station in order to fund the construction via DCC’s and CAC’s.
